Our approach

We want you to be confident shopping with PureBlink. This policy explains how returns work for customers in South Africa, subject to consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase.

Hygiene & sealed goods

Food supplements and sealed retail packs may be subject to hygiene and safety rules. Sealed items that are unopened and in resaleable condition may be eligible for return within the timeframe below, unless otherwise required by law.

Opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product is not as described, in line with applicable law.

Timeframe

If your purchase is eligible for return under this policy, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request. We will confirm next steps.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will arrange a fair resolution in line with applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
